"心臓血管外科の手術では，心臓，大血管を切開して手術を行う．その際に生体の心肺機能を一時的に代行させるのが人工心肺装置である．人工心肺装置の操作において，手術患者の血液灌流量の算出，術式，体外循環法，使用薬剤や材料の選定など，実際に人工心肺回路の組み立て，回路内充填を行う前から多くの準備，確認のプロセスがある．体外循環中における患者様の安全確保のために，人工心肺操作前にこれらを再確認することは人為的エラーを防止するうえで必要不可欠である．より安全な操作を行うためにはチェックリストに基づき，人工心肺装置の操作を行っていく事が重要である．新たに，始業点検，操作前点検，操作中点検，終業点検という4つの業務手順に分け，個々のチェックリストを作成した．今回，我々は手順を明確化することにより，人工心肺操作における人為的なミスの防止について，どのような成果が得られたのかを考察し報告する．",
