"日本赤十字社和歌山医療センターは定期的に大規模災害訓練を主催しているが、今回その参加者にアンケート調査を行い訓練の成果や問題点を抽出し、解決に向けた方策の検討を行った。和歌山県内の医療機関から340名が参加し、63名の模擬患者に対して災害医療訓練を行った。154名から得たアンケートでは訓練経験回数が3回以下の経験の浅い人が多かった。災害対策で最も重要と思うものは「災害訓練」で、最も不安なことは「知識不足」「家族の安全・健康状態」であった。全体の統制、指揮体制、連携と情報伝達などが不十分であるとの回答が多かった。訓練への参加の有意義度は10段階で6以上が129名と評価は高かったが、「自信がついた」は53名と少なかった。企画者は、訓練をより一層魅力あるものにして、参加へのモチベーションを上げなければならない。多回数の参加経験者を増やしリーダー役を多く育成することで、訓練自体も成熟し訓練内容レベルが上っていくものと期待できる。",
