Hospital","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10004_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"病院は多職種が協同して医療提供する場であり,簡潔・明瞭・迅速で確実なコミュニケーションは必須である.京都第二赤十字病院職員のコミュニケーション・エラーの現状を把握するために,全職員(1,252 名)を対象にアンケート調査を行った.調査内容は,コミュニケーション・エラーの経験,SBAR,二回挑戦ルール,権威勾配,ブリーフィングの実施,コミュニケーション阻害要因など17 項目である.回答率は60.1% だった.コミュニケーション・エラーは,医師・看護師・研修医で多く(75.0%,72.5%,78.3%),コメディカル(64.4%),事務(59.7%)が経験し,そのうち18.5%,13.1%,10.5%,5.4%,5.3% に患者の健康被害が生じていた.医師・看護師・事務は約95% が簡潔明瞭な発言をし,90% 以上が状態確認努力を実施していた.置換復唱は,看護師(78.0%)・研修医(69.6%)で実施していたが,医師は40.2% にすぎなかった.権威勾配は,医療職で約80%,事務で60.5% 経験し,医師の83.3%,その他の職種では90% 以上が口出ししてはいけないと思っていた.コミュニケーション阻害要因は,性格,仕事量,情報の確認不足,職場の雰囲気が多かった.職場環境は,医師・看護師・事務で90% 以上良好と思っているが,コメディカルや研修医では,20%が満足していなかった.デブリーフィングは,6~8 割が未実施.全職種が医療従事者間のコミュニケーションを高める努力が必要と考え,日常業務での指導を希望していた.コミュニケーションへの異なる対応が職種間で認められた.コミュニケーション・エラーの回避には,ノンテクニカルスキルなどによるコミュニケーションの統一化を図ることが重要と思われる.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10004_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"21032","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"YOKONO,
