Hospital","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2012年6月から2013年7月までの間に、健診センターで大腸内視鏡検査(以下CS)を施行した被験者222例(デリシア群92例、サンケンクリン群130例)を対象に、2食タイプの検査食ダルムスペースデリシア(以下デリシア)を用いたブラウン変法によるCSが可能か3食タイプの検査食サンケンクリン(以下サンケンクリン)と比較検討した。現在、経口腸管洗浄剤を使用せず、サンケンクリンを用いているが、検査前日に朝食の制限がないデリシアを用いることで検診受診者への負担が軽減するか検証した。デリシアはサンケンクリンに比し、大腸全般で残渣減少効果を認め、検査可能件数割合比較で非劣性を示した。なお、有害事象を生じなかった。デリシアは、検査食としてサンケンクリンと同等以上の洗浄効果を持ち、食事制限をより緩和にする事が可能であり、CS前処置法に有用な検査食である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}],"names":[{"name":"YAMASHITA,
