Hospital","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"症例は40歳代男性．18歳発症の全結腸型潰瘍性大腸炎あり．2005年に再燃あり当院受診となった．S状結腸から直腸（Rs）に狭窄像認めたが，生検にて悪性所見なく，内科的治療にて腹部症状とともに狭窄所見も改善した．2009年４月にも再燃あり入院．その後ステロイド減量に伴う症状増悪と寛解を繰り返していた．手術16ヶ月前を最後に生検を含むサーベイランスは行われていなかった． 2010年１月に腹腔鏡下大腸全摘回腸人工肛門造設術施行．術中所見にて腹膜播種を確認した．切除病理はS状結腸から直腸（Rs）に渉る印環細胞癌であった．術後経過良好であり第25病日に退院となった.今回我々は，待機的に手術適応とするも，術前に癌の診断に至らなかった症例を経験した．若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"KATO,
