Journal","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"当院では、地域医療支援病院として急性期医療を提供すべく医療体制の改革が行われている。中でも病診連携、クリテイカルパス、インフォームドコンセント等の充実により、在院日数は急速に短縮されている。これらの医療体制の変\r\n化が患者満足度にどのような影響を及ぼしているのか調査し、その要因を明確にするため入院患者207名を対象にアンケート調査を行った。その結果、Ⅰ「クリテイカルパス・カルテ開示」の認知度は50%であり、Ⅱ「病院内の環境-設備」の満足度は60.3%、Ⅲ「説明と同意」では79.8%、Ⅳ「看護婦の態度」は99%であった。「看護婦の態度」は他の項目に比べ患者満足度は非常に高かった。今後、一部の不満にも耳を傾け、さらにクリテイカルパスやインフォームドコンセントの充実を図る必要がある。また、継続的な病院全体の接遇教育も必要であり、看護]肢がリーダーシップをとることが望まれる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"8678","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ISODA,
