Journal","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2001年秋におこった我が国の牛海綿状脳症(BSE=いわゆる狂牛病)騒ぎの前後で牛肉の消費が減少したことにより、日本人の血清コレステロール値に変化があらわれたかどうかを当院隊員の定期健診の成績を指標にして検討した。全受診者は683名で、構成は男性159名(23.3%)、女性524名(76.7%)と女性が多く、40歳未満と40歳以上が相半ばしている。BSE騒動前の当院職員の血清総コレステロール値は195.4±25.9m g/dlであり、 BSE騒動発生約 6ヵ月後の2002年3月は195.8:t26.9m g/dlであった。両者の聞には有意差はなく 、我が国の
