病院では,卒後臨床研修制度を導入し10年目となる.平成21年度の法改正を受け,平成22年度よりその指導体制はさらに強化された.その中で,指導官との密接な関わりもなく,自立を求められる立場となった卒後2年目看護師からは,不安の声を聞く.そこで,卒後2年目看護師の思いや支援ニーズを明らかにし,係長としての教育的サポートのあり方を検討することを目的とし,卒後2年目看護師27名を対象に研究者が作成した自記式質問用紙と新人看護師職務ストレッサー尺度を使用してアンケート調査を行った.その結果,卒後2年目看護師は,独り立ちからの不安によるストレスを受けている.係長には,基礎的な知識や技術より統合された実践的知識を用いた教育的サポートが求められる.対象者は,人間関係よりも看護ケアに関連するストレスを受けていることが明らかになった.今後は病院としても継続した研修が体系化されており,係長として教育的役割を果たしていきたい.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"TAKIGUCHI,
