Journal","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"下口唇に発生した有棘細胞癌切除後の欠損に対して，皮膚側，粘膜側からの前進皮弁で再建した2症例を報告する．\r\n症例1は73歳男性．義歯を装着していた．腫瘍は下口唇左寄りにあり，主に赤唇部に存在した．切除後の欠損は下口唇の1／2を越える幅となった．皮膚側，粘膜側よりV-Y前進皮弁を挙上し再建した．症例2は77歳女性．義歯を装着していた．腫瘍は赤唇部を中心に横方向に幅広く存在し，切除後の欠損は下口唇ほぼ全幅に及んだが，両側の口角は温存可能であった．皮膚側はV-Y前進皮弁で再建し粘膜側は両側で垂直方向に2cm程度切開を加え粘膜を前進させて再建した．\r\nこの方法は口輪筋の機能が温存でき，近接する皮膚を用いるため，color match，texture match
