歳の女性，歩行困難で救急外来を受診．右鼠径部周囲にびらんを認めフルニエ壊疽の診断で外科に入院となった．治療経過中に発熱と意識障害を認め，血液培養2 セットで酵母様真菌が陽性，カンジダ血症を疑い抗真菌薬で治療を開始した．呼吸状態の悪化があり人工呼吸管理とした．胸部CT で末梢に多発結節影および胸膜直下の楔状陰影を認め，画像パターンから敗血症性肺塞栓症が疑われた．起炎菌推定のため気管支肺胞洗浄を行い，肺胞洗浄液培養から酵母様真菌が陽性となった．血液培養，肺胞洗浄液培養で得られた真菌はCandidaalbicans と同定され，Multi locus sequencing
