It is rarely found in the oral region. We report a case of angioleiomyoma arising in the hard palate. A 52-year-old woman visited our department because of a painless mass in the hard palate. The clinical diagnosis was a  benign tumor, and excision of the tumor was performed. The histopathological diagnosis was angioleiomyoma.
