 note = {2017年より年一回、医療メディエーター養成講座基礎編を計3回院内で行った。職種は、講習ごとに医師10名、看護師10名、コメディカル10名が参加した。そして講習終了後受講者にアンケート調査を行った。また同時に、講習前後で医療安全推進室に報告されたインシデント・アクシデントレポートの推移を解析した。
2016年までに増加し続けていた苦情対応件数が研修を導入した2017年以降減少傾向にあることが判明した。インシデントレポート数は、減少傾向にあったが、3bレベル以上のアクシデント数は、やや増加傾向を認めた。しかし医療事故に対する解決金の推移を見ると、2016年以来激減していることが判明した。また講習終了後のアンケート調査によると、受講者の91%が何らかの形で自身の医療への姿勢が変化したと答えた。8～9割の受講者が医療安全に対する肯定的な反応を示し、58％が継続研修を希望した。これらを考慮すると医療メディエーター研修は院内の医療安全と質の向上に寄与しているものと思われた。, The basic training course of medical mediation was held in our hospital once a year since 2017, total 3 times. Ten doctors, 10 nurses and 10 co-medicals participated in each course. A questionnaire was conducted to each member after the lecture. And we analyze incident and accident reports submitted to the department of the medical safety promotion before and after the lectures.
 According to the questionnaire survey, 91% participants feel to change their attitude toward medical care, 80～90％ react positively to medical safety, and 58% would like to continue the course.
 Number of complaints handled that was increasing until 2016 become a decreasing trend since 2017. Although number of incident reports was declining trend from 2017, number of accident reports over 3b is showing an increasing trend. But the transition of the settlement money for patients turned out that it has decreased sharply since 2016.
These findings indicate that the basic training course of medical mediation contributes to improving medical safety and quality.},
