Lymphoma，FL）は日本で2番目に多い低悪性度のリンパ腫である．抗CD20抗体（Rituximab）によりFLの予後は大幅に改善し，さらに2016年新しい抗CD20抗体（Obinutsuzumab）が保険承認された．Obinutsuzumab療法はRituximab療法より無病増悪期間を有意に延長するものの，全生存率での有意差は認められなかった．またObinutsuzumab療法では感染症の増加が懸念されることから，特に高齢者への使用は注意を要する．今回，当院における初発FL患者の治療成績の解析を通じてObinutsuzumab療法の位置づけを検討した．\n70歳以上のFL30名を検討したところ，FL対する治療成績は，Rituximab療法で5年生存率は8割以上と良好であり，70歳以上の慢性骨髄性白血病の慢性期28名，真性多血症33名，本態性血小板血症58名や厚生労働省の発表する平均余命と比較しても良好であった．このため，高齢者に対する新規薬剤のメリットは限定的な可能性があり，Obinutsuzumab療法の適応は慎重に決定すべきと考えられた.\n\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"SHIMAZU,
