Journal","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_5_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"われわれは下肢静脈血栓症で発症した平滑筋肉腫症例を，数年にわたり下肢静脈エコーで観察しえたので報告する．患者は60代女性．右下腿腫脹で発症．右外腸骨静脈血栓症と診断され，抗凝固療法，ワーファリゼーションされていた．フォローアップの下肢静脈エコーでは，右外腸骨静脈は不規則なびまん性の拡張と壁肥厚を示していたが，通常の下肢静脈血栓症増悪との鑑別は困難であった．3年後の定期の胸部X線で肺野異常陰影が出現し，全身CTでは，腸骨領域に中心壊死を伴う大きな腫瘤と，両側肺野，肝両葉に多発結節が認められ，悪性腫瘍の転移が示唆された．診断目的で行われたCTガイド下針生検では，腫瘍は紡錘形の腫瘍細胞からなり，免疫染色でαSMA，desminに陽性で，MIB-1 index は30％と高率であり，右外腸骨静脈壁原発の平滑筋肉腫と診断した．患者は転院のうえ化学療法中である．骨軟部原発の平滑筋肉腫はまれであるが，壮年期の肉腫の中では頻度が高いもののひとつで，とくに後腹膜や骨盤部大血管のものは女性に好発するとされており，整形外科，形成外科，心臓血管外科等で遭遇しうる疾患である．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"YAMASHITA,
