アクションプランを発表し、2017年に日本の８学会は合同で抗菌薬適正使用支援プログラム実践のためのガイダンスを発表した。日本赤十字社の92医療機関は、スケールメリットをいかしてネットワーキングの手法により不足するマンパワーを結集し、一体感をもって、AMR 対策・抗微生物薬適正使用を推進できる環境作りをする必要がある。アクションプランでは2020年までの数値目標が設定されているが、本質的には、多職種で感染症診療の質向上に取り組むことが重要と考える。今回、日本赤十字社では本社と病院群の合同研修を開催し、重点講義の終了後に75分の限られた時間内で自由ディスカッション形式により提言をまとめ全体シェアを行う、という１日の研修プログラムを実施した。日赤は何ができるのか？　各病院で必ずしも専門家がそろっておらず日常業務に追われる中で、薬剤師をはじめ、医師、検査技師、看護師、事務それぞれは、抗微生物薬適正使用をどのように推進したらいいのか？　グループ３と全体ディスカッションの内容、グループ３からの提言、および2018年度から実施される","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"KUBO,
