力救援センター日赤なごやなごみ（以後なごみ）を2016年1月5日に開設した。なご みは性暴力被害者（以後被害者）に対して被害直後の外傷処置や性犯罪操作に有用な 証拠採取、妊娠検査や緊急避妊、性感染症の治療などの緊急医療処置、カウンセリン グ等の心理的支援、捜査関連の法的支援、生活支援など被害者の状況に応じて対応している。 支援体制は24時間ホットラインで電話対応を行う院外支援員（アドボケーター）18名 と被害者に直接関わる性暴力被害者支援看護師（以後SANE）40名、MSW1名がシフ トを組み、日勤帯は二人体制、夜勤帯はSANEが兼務している。SANEは看護師27名、 助産師13名で院外から5名参加している。支援者の心得として被害者の多くは混乱す る中で精神的、身体的ダメージが強いため、被害者に寄り添い、傾聴に心がけ、被害 者の意志とペースを尊重しながら支援に努めている。 支援員は電話で相談内容を確認し、できるだけ来所を促す。緊急対応が必要な時はSANEに繋ぎ、産婦人科医師と連絡を図り緊急医療処置の準備を進める。来所後、面 談にて被害状況の確認、警察への届け出、公費負担の説明を行い、診察介助を行う。 子供の性虐待に対しては児童相談所や司法と協働して司法面接の実施と弁護士へと繋 いでいる。救急外来を受診したDV患者には、診療終了後DV状況の確認といつでも対 応可能なことを伝えている。被害状況は16ヶ月で電話延べ1289件、来所延べ230件、 診察延べ90件であった。被害はレイプ、DV、性虐待の順に多く、年齢は30歳未満が5.6 割を占めている。また、72時間以内の来所が6割あり、22名に経口避妊薬を処方した。
