の３種\n類の抗生剤療法をそれぞれ試みたが、軽快しなかった。そこで、リファンピシン・ミノマイシン\n併用療法を試みた結果、数日で症状が治まり画像的にも完治し得た症例を経験したので、その概\n要を報告する。　","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"　Usually, the conservative treatment of the odontogenic maxillary sinusitis is done, using an\nantibiotic therapy with the treatment of the cause tooth.\n　However, it often repeats a recurrence and it becomes often an operative-treatment finally.\nBecause it refused the exodontia of the cause tooth strongly, we experienced the example to have\ntried both of the cause tooth and the maxillary sinus of the dental-sinusitis conservative-therapies.\nIn the duration of therapy, it was for 3 years and 10 months.\n　It is Garenoxacin mesylate, Sitafloxacin, Erythromycin simultaneously with the conservative\ndental therapy.It used three kinds which are of antibiotic drug therapeuticses in turn, but it didn't\nbecome good.\n　Therefore, because it experienced the example which did complete recovery even if the\nsymptom was a calming-down computed tomograph within several days if trying Rifampicin and\nMinocycline combination-therapy, it reports the brief
