 note = {歯性上顎洞炎の保存的治療は、通常的に原因歯牙の治療或いは抜歯と同時に抗生剤療
法を併用して行われる。しかし、再発を繰り返しながら最終的に手術療法を余儀無くされる場合
が少なくない。今回、原因歯の抜歯を強く拒否されたため、歯性上顎洞炎の原因歯牙と上顎洞と
の両方の保存療法を試みた症例を経験した。治療期間は３年10カ月という長期に渡り、保存的歯
科治療と同時にその間メシル酸ガレノキサシン、シタフロキサシン、エリスロマイシン の３種
類の抗生剤療法をそれぞれ試みたが、軽快しなかった。そこで、リファンピシン・ミノマイシン
併用療法を試みた結果、数日で症状が治まり画像的にも完治し得た症例を経験したので、その概
要を報告する。, Usually, the conservative treatment of the odontogenic maxillary sinusitis is done, using an
antibiotic therapy with the treatment of the cause tooth.
　However, it often repeats a recurrence and it becomes often an operative-treatment finally.
Because it refused the exodontia of the cause tooth strongly, we experienced the example to have
tried both of the cause tooth and the maxillary sinus of the dental-sinusitis conservative-therapies.
In the duration of therapy, it was for 3 years and 10 months.
　It is Garenoxacin mesylate, Sitafloxacin, Erythromycin simultaneously with the conservative
dental therapy.It used three kinds which are of antibiotic drug therapeuticses in turn, but it didn't
become good.
　Therefore, because it experienced the example which did complete recovery even if the
symptom was a calming-down computed tomograph within several days if trying Rifampicin and
Minocycline combination-therapy, it reports the brief description.},
