Journal","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【背景】当院では、7928件(平成25年度)の上部・下部消化管内視鏡検査および195件(平成25年度)の胃・大腸内視鏡治療、893件(平成27年度)の心筋焼却術が行われており、これらの検査・治療の際には、安全に施行するため、そして患者の不安軽減のために鎮静剤を使用する。しかし、これらの検査・治療後、鎮静剤の副作用によるインシデントが院内で発生したため、院内患者安全対策を打ち立てるための取り組みを進めた。\n【倫理的配慮】本研究においては、当院看護部倫理審査の承認を得ている。\n【取り組みの目的】院内での鎮静剤使用の際の評価方法が明確ではないため、鎮静剤使用患者の覚醒/鎮静状態の観察方法を統一する\n【取り組みの実際】平成27年9月より、医療安全推進室専従リスクマネージャーを筆頭に前述の目的を遂行すべくワーキンググループを立ち上げた。ワーキンググループメンバーは、消化器内科医師、内科外来看護師長・看護係長、内視鏡室看護師長、循環器科医師、循環器内科看護係長(慢性心不全看護認定看護師)、CCU看護係長(集中ケア認定看護師)、内科・耳鼻科・泌尿器科混合病棟看護師長、ICU看護師(急性・重症患者看護専門看護師)で構成された。これらのメンバーで、鎮静評価方法の検討・マニュアルの作成・教育啓蒙活動を行った。\n【結果】取り組みについての評価は、ドナベディアンの医療の質評価の枠組みを利用して行った。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"FURUMAYA,
