Hospital","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"抗がん剤は変異原性、発がん性、催奇形性などの細胞毒性を有するため、取り扱う医療従事者の職業的曝露が懸念されている。抗がん剤を不活化する洗浄液として次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液(NaClO液)、水酸化ナトリウム溶液(NaOH液)などが知られている。しかし、これらの洗浄液は腐食性があり使用しにくい点もある。近年、新しく抗がん剤を不活化する洗浄液としてオゾン水が使用されるようになった。オゾン水は抗がん剤を不活化する効果を有しているが、NaClO液やNaOH液と比較した報告はない。そこで、サンプリングシートを用いてオゾン水、NaClO液、NaOH液による抗がん剤清拭除去効果を比較した。その結果、オゾン水は一部の抗がん剤において既存の洗浄液と同様に有用である可能性が示唆された。しかし、薬剤によって洗浄液の効果に相違があるため、状況に応じて洗浄液を使い分ける必要があると考えられた。また、オゾン水を含め現時点では抗がん剤不活化作用を有する洗浄液を使用してもすべての抗がん剤を完全に不活化することはできず、抗がん剤調整から廃棄に至るあらゆる場面で抗がん剤曝露対策を強化していく必要があると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}],"names":[{"name":"OHTSUBO,
